Playloom Kids

Privacy Policy

The short version

Playloom Kids collects no data. None. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and nothing to buy. The app never connects to the internet. Everything your child does in it stays on your device, and you can erase it at any time.

Effective 2 October 2026. This policy covers the Playloom Kids app for iPhone and iPad, made by Mihai Serban.

Who the app is for

Playloom Kids is made for children aged 3 to 4 and their grown-ups. Because young children use it, we built it so that there is nothing to collect in the first place. We follow the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Apple's rules for apps in the Kids Category by not gathering any personal information from anyone, child or adult.

What stays on your device

To work, the app keeps a small file on your device only. It holds:

This file never leaves the device. It is not backed up to any server of ours, we cannot see it, and nobody else can. Deleting the app deletes it. You can also wipe it inside the app: open the grown-ups' area, choose Settings, then Reset.

If you use iCloud Backup on your device, Apple may include the app's file in your own encrypted device backup, as it does for every app. That backup is yours and is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not by us.

What we do not do

Apple's App Privacy label

On the App Store, Playloom Kids is labelled Data Not Collected. That label is accurate, and we will update it and this policy before any future version changes what the app does with data.

Your rights

Because we hold no data about you or your child, there is nothing for us to show, correct or delete on request. Everything is under your control on your own device. If you believe the app has done anything described here differently, please write to us and we will look into it straight away.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app ever collects anything, this page will say what and why before that version is released, and the date at the top will change. You can always find the current policy at this address and from the app's page on the App Store.
